Our Business Coaching programme will guide you through building a creative, innovative and sustainable business as well as empowering your career. We bridge the gap between business tools and creative visions so that you gain insight into creative entrepreneurship.

We run a “Toolkit for Creative Entrepreneurs” programme and One to One sessions for creative entrepreneurs and small companies. You can also hire us to run the “Toolkit” Programme at your organization.

Our Mission

Our Business Coaching programme strives to inspire and guide individuals and entrepreneurs to build creative, innovative and sustainable businesses and empowering careers.

We are aware of how daunting the world can be when pursuing a career within a creative business. You have incredible projects in mind, a lot of impetus and energy, but little tools and knowledge of “HOW” to do it.

Throughout our experience in creative entrepreneurship, we found incredible guidance and practical knowledge along the way.

Now we are committed to delivering this guidance, and supporting others in achieving their goals.

HOW DID WE GET HERE?

In 2017, Facciocose was awarded with The Prince’s Trust as a Young Enterprise, and our Artistic Director, Monika, received two years of on-going support from the Enterprise Programme run by The Prince’s Trust. During this period, we receive business management training and masterclasses in marketing, SEO, PR, financial management and strategic planning.

A year later we developed our own programmes such as Business Coaching for creative entrepreneurs, determined to help creatives transform their passion into a career.

Facciocose is built on a Bootstrapping Business Model that has enabled us to grow with independency from an external capital, and has given us the flexibility to adapt to political, social and market changes.
