OUR MANIFESTO

Facciocose is about process-making. We are active and constantly evolving. However, we are rooted in values that encourage us to navigate the unknown. We have a manifesto to keep working and evolving.

We are constantly learning, and therefore evolving.

We embrace change with open arms.

If theatre making were to have a shape, it would be a polyhedron: eclectic.

To create, you must adopt different skills and abilities,

and surround yourself with people who have diverse knowledge and experience!

By always positioning ourselves in the present, we open doors to the future.

4.

We believe in multiple approaches to making. This means that we believe in being multi-skilled rather than limiting ourselves to a single skill.

Everything is interconnected and written in the same language. From the smallest of particles to the largest of galaxies, we need to understand how we are connected and decipher the codes that make connections visible.

Always say yes to risk-taking. Every time Facciocose embarks on a journey, we risk a 50% chance of failing, but if we succeed…

Empathy is an important value to us.

Hypercriticism and skepticism disrupt and sabotage our creative journey.

When they approach us… we CHASE THEM AWAY.

We surround ourselves with individuals who can accompany us on our journey, because sharing the journey is a fruitful experience that challenges us to communicate and co-operate. It may prove to be difficult but in the end, it is always worth it.
